Eating right

The concept of being on a diet is not about starving for sure. It is about eating right. Food intake also has a lot to do with feeling full or satisfied after a meal. To explain that in perspective eating a burger worth 600 calories may still leave you wanting to eat more. However, a chicken salad of 200 calories will leave you feeling full and satisfied. What’s important is to be conscious about a calorie to satisfaction ration. Low in calories and high in satisfaction. We look at some qualities in this food that should be looked at for us to be able to make the right kind of choice.
